How do I do it?

13 short walkthroughs. Each one is three steps and one thing worth knowing — the command names change with the language you read the site in.

  1. Add Zana to your group

    In a group
    1. Tap the button below and pick your group. Telegram asks you once to confirm the administrator rights Zana needs, and adding it grants them in the same step.
    2. Choose the group language when Zana greets you. Everything it says afterwards follows that choice, and an administrator can change it later.
    3. Write /menu in the group to open the menu, or /games to jump straight to the game list.

    Worth knowingZana works without administrator rights too, but then it cannot clear spam, pin a message or hand out an invite link.

  2. Earn your first Pare

    In a group and in private
    1. Talk in the group. Zana pays a small amount of Pare for messages, and the daily bonus lands on your first message of the day.
    2. Write /pare to open your wallet: what came in, what went out, and what you can afford right now.
    3. Open /missions for today's missions. They are the fastest honest way to a full purse.

    Worth knowingYour rank in /parerank follows the Pare you have earned over your whole life, not the amount sitting in your wallet today.

  3. Play a game

    In a group
    1. Write /games in the group. Every game Zana can run is listed there, with what it needs and how long it takes.
    2. Pick one — /trivia for instance — and anyone in the group can answer. Zana keeps the score and pays the winners.
    3. A /tournament strings several rounds together and crowns a single winner at the end.

    Worth knowingGames are played in groups. In a private chat you can read the rules and see the list, but the round itself needs a group.

  4. Open and decorate your card

    In a group and in private
    1. Write /profile. Your card shows your rank, your wallet, your marriage and what you own — and it opens in the group, not only in private.
    2. /cosmetics sells frames, colours and badges. What you pick appears on the card itself, not as a loose emoji beside it.
    3. /showcase puts what you are proudest of on the front of the card, where everybody looks first.

    Worth knowingAnyone in the group can see your card. The city you are in is on it; your exact whereabouts and your username are not.

  5. Buy a ring and get married

    In a group
    1. Rings are bought with Pare. Open /parestore and look at the ring shelf — the cheapest one is enough to propose with.
    2. Reply to the message of the person you want to marry and write /marriageproposal. They answer with a single button.
    3. Later you can move up with /ringupgrade. The ring you already own counts towards the better one, so nothing is wasted.

    Worth knowingZana marries a man to a woman. You are asked for yours once, before the first proposal, and it cannot be changed afterwards.

  6. See everything you own in one list

    In a group and in private
    1. Write /inventory. Homes, vehicles, rings, looks and items are all in the same list, with what each one is worth.
    2. If you want one kind only, /garage opens the garage on its own and /myhomes the homes.
    3. Anything in the list can be sold again, rented out or given away from the same screen — you do not have to find another command.

    Worth knowingWhat you buy stays yours and nothing expires on its own. A home pays tax and a vehicle needs service, so both have a running cost.

  7. Buy a home or a vehicle

    In a group and in private
    1. /buyhome lists the homes and /buyvehicle the vehicles, cheapest first, with the ones you can afford marked.
    2. Anything from 100 Pare upwards asks you once before it is charged. Nothing is bought by an accidental tap.
    3. A home you do not live in can earn instead of costing: /listforrent puts it on the rental market.

    Worth knowingLook at the running cost before the price. A cheap vehicle with an expensive service is dearer than it looks.

  8. Save in the vault

    Private chat
    1. /vault shows what is in the vault and what is already on its way out.
    2. /vaultdeposit moves Pare from your wallet into the vault, out of reach of an impulse purchase.
    3. /vaultwithdraw asks for it back. It arrives after 24 hours, or at once if you accept the 15% penalty.

    Worth knowingVault money still counts as yours everywhere: in your rank, on your card and in your credit score.

  9. Take a loan and pay it back

    Private chat
    1. /creditscore shows your credit score and the ceiling it earns you.
    2. /creditoffer asks the bank for a loan. The offer names the amount, the instalment and the interest before you accept anything.
    3. /creditpay pays an instalment, or clears the whole loan early.

    Worth knowingA missed instalment lowers the score and the next ceiling with it. The bank pays out the game rewards, so a bank in trouble is a slower group for everyone.

  10. Travel between cities

    In a group and in private
    1. /travel lists the cities and what it costs to reach each one.
    2. /location tells you where you are now and what is around you there.
    3. /activeroutes shows the bus routes other players run. A ticket is cheaper than travelling alone.

    Worth knowingWhere you are is not announced to the group. Others can see a city has people in it without being handed a username.

  11. Run a vocabulary quiz in my group

    In a group
    1. In the group write /menu and open Admin, then Vocabulary lessons, then Language Quiz.
    2. Continue in the private chat: pick the question and answer languages, who takes part, how many seconds per answer, and whether you start it or it starts at a set time.
    3. Type the pairs, one per line, then Save. The questions reach each participant privately and the group only sees that it started and finished.

    Worth knowingNobody sees anybody else's answer. Checking forgives spacing and letter case and nothing else, and you can still mark an answer correct afterwards.

  12. Make Zana quieter

    In a group
    1. /notifications lists every kind of announcement Zana can make, each with its own switch.
    2. Turn off the ones your group does not want. The rest keep working — it is never all or nothing.
    3. /rules shows the house rules of the group and /help the short help, so a newcomer does not have to ask.

    Worth knowingZana starts quiet in a new group and speaks when someone asks it to. The same announcement never repeats within the hour.

  13. Run Zana under your own name

    Private chat
    1. /mybot opens the subscription: your name, your picture, your groups, the same games underneath.
    2. Payment is with Telegram Stars, inside Telegram. There is no card form and no page outside the app.
    3. Once it is running, your groups see your name everywhere Zana speaks — including on /profile cards and in /pare messages.

    Worth knowingCancel whenever you like. What you have paid for runs to the end of its term, and your groups' data is kept for a while afterwards in case you come back.
